Most people with chronic pain or recurring injuries have already tried:
• Physiotherapy
• Sports therapy
• Chiropractic care
• Massage
• Strength programmes
• Rest
• Exercise sheets
• Isolated treatment sessions
These approaches often fail because they:
• Focus primarily on reducing pain rather than restoring function.
• Treat isolated body parts instead of the interconnected person.
• Rely on short appointments with limited accountability.
• Provide generic exercises without adapting to the individual.
• Don’t address movement quality, biomechanics, lifestyle, recovery, beliefs, confidence, or long-term behaviour change.
• End treatment before the client is truly ready for unrestricted sport.
When this fails:
Traditional rehabilitation often focuses on symptoms rather than the whole person, leaving the underlying drivers of pain, movement dysfunction and loss of confidence unresolved. As a result, many people improve temporarily but continue to experience recurring injuries, setbacks and uncertainty about returning to sport and active living.

This programme has been designed for active individuals or athletes recovering from a significant or recurring injury, surgery, or who have been failed by previous attempts at rehabilitation.
No. We do not provide personal training for general exercise or weight loss. This is specialised rehabilitation coaching focused on bridging the gap between clinical treatments to performance, resilience and capacity for sport and active living.
As a qualified clinician, I help active adults and athletes overcome surgery, persistent injuries and failed rehabilitation by combining clinical reasoning, biomechanics and rehabilitation coaching, so they can rebuild confidence, return to high-level sport and continue performing at their best.
This programme is highly personalised and suitable for the following types of injuries:
– Back, hip, shoulder and neck pain
– Recurring glute, hamstring, quad, calf issues
– Frozen Shoulder
– Surgery recovery – returning to high levels of activity
– Reduced overall performance
– Constant Stiffness and reduced movement
We work in partnership with your sports coach. They are the expert in the tactics and skills of your sport. We are the experts in developing your physical capacity—your strength, movement quality, and resilience—so you can better execute their game plan. We make this relevant to your particular sport during the rehabilitation process for a smoother return to play and to ensure that you have indeed build up the capacity for same.
The first session is an initial consultation where we will take a full and extensive medical and injury history. We will also carry out movement screening and clinical testing and discuss all of our findings with you in full. We then move onto goal setting and mapping out a suitable roadmap of how to help you to achieve your goals to suit your lifestyle and time available.
Sessions will be carried out bi-weekly, or more regularly if required and may or may not include soft tissue therapy, depending on each case. The bulk of the work will be carried out in the gym or on grass where we will focus on the specific goals set for that session. You will receive your updated programme within 24 hours with videos and instructions to make it easy to follow.
We will be contactable during working hours via What’s app to deal with any queries or concerns. Support makes up a large part of this programme as we take the worry and stress off you and guide you all the way. Likewise, we will also hold you accountable to ensure the work is being carried out.
We want you to succeed, therefore it is important that we make your programme relevant and realistic to your life and needs.
This is a high-commitment partnership. A consistent effort over a minimum of 12 weeks is required to see significant, lasting results.
The fact that you are here means that you are most probably already willing and ready to commit to this process.
Yes. We specialise in building a strong foundation of movement quality and strength for young athletes (typically 16+), which is critical for their long-term development and injury prevention.
This forms the basis for your personalised programme. Because without it, we are just guessing. The assessment is the most important part of the process—it provides the clinical findings we need to build a programme that is effective and safe for you.
The Initial Assessment is highly informative and is normally a learning experience for the Client also.
For an individual who is serious about their body, performance, and long-term health, this level of expert, individualised coaching is one of the best investments they can make.
