We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from acute sports injuries like hamstring tears and ankle sprains, to chronic issues like lower back pain and runner’s knee, as well as complex post-operative rehabilitation.
No, a referral is not necessary. We do require you to complete a Client Intake Form that we can go through your full health & injury history. This is made available for completion during the booking process. We also asl that you provide us with an imaging or other reports you may already have. You can book your appointment directly with us and we will liaise with your GP or Consultant if required.
This is highly individual and will be based on your assessment. We will give you a clear and realistic timeline to expect. Our goal is to empower you towards independence, not to create a reliance on endless treatment.
We take a detailed history and perform comprehensive Movement, Clinical, Strength & Co-Ordination screening. This allows us to form an accurate diagnosis and build your specific treatment plan around you. We will take the time to explain our findings in full, because we believe it is important that you fully understand the “why” behind your problem and the “how”we are going to achieve our end goal. No. Treatment will consist of a blend of hands-on manual therapy to desensitise affected areas, restore range of motion and reduce pain, combined with a progressive , individualised rehabilitation programme delivered via our app with clear video guides. It is a comprehensive active approach.
It is important to note that hands on manual therapy helps to reduce pain and inflammation, so that we can complete the rehabilitation work with more ease. We should never rely on this modality soley for pain or injury as the results will be short lived. Rehabilitation is the vital link to making a full recovery.

Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows you to move freely, like shorts and a t-shirt. We will need to be able to see and assess the area of injury.
Depending on your insurance company, not all policies cover Sports & Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy. You should check with your provider and they will confirm if you are covered by your policy. You can claim all medical expenses at the end of year with Revenue in Ireland. We will provide you with an emailed after each appointment for your records. We are happy to provide end of year statements if necessary.
NEW CLIENTS – The first step is to follow the ‘REQUEST YOUR CONSULTATION’ button which will allow you to book an appropriate day and time through our booking app. Once you have completed this step, you will receive a confirmation email containing a ‘Client Intake Form’ link which we require you to complete before your consultation.
