  • Late Arrival: If more than 15 minutes late, session may be shortened or cancelled with full charge

Emergency Circumstances

We may waive cancellation fees for genuine emergencies at our discretion (e.g., serious illness, family emergency, accident).

If we need to cancel your appointment:

  • You will receive a full refund or free rescheduling
  • We are not liable for consequential losses

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days

  • Arrive on time for appointments
  • Provide reasonable notice for questions or concerns
