I founded Function First in 2019 with a clear vision in mind! I wanted to to provide something different - a more personalised, comprehensive and educational focused way of working with care that athletes and active people. deserve.

TEEGAN MURPHY

ATHLETIC THERAPIST

Teegan joined the team in early 2025. As an Athletic Therapist, she has been an important addition to our team. Teegan is warm and friendly and possesses the assessment & clinical skills we deem necessary to meet the standards at Function First Rehab.

Teegan has gained a vast range of experience in injury management, rehabilitation and prevention while working with teams such as Mostrim GAA & LGFA, Longford Senior & U20 Hurling, Longford Town Academy & Leegan GAA.

Teegan is a Mostrim girl at heart, and is heavily involved in sports herself.
Teegan is dedicated to her clients and in fostering a collaborative, patient-centred approach to healthcare.
